How far in advance would I need to contact you to place an order?

We generally ask for orders to be placed two weeks in advance, however, we are always willing to work with our customers so feel free to contact us to confirm if we are able to accommodate.

What type of events do you cater to?

We have made cakes x things for weddings, engagements, bridal showers, gender reveals, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, retirements, holidays, baptisms, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Quinceañeras, corporate events and press mailings.

How should cakes be stored upon receipt?

When you receive your cake, refrigerate it or keep it in a cool dry place. Ready to enjoy? Put it at room temperature 30 minutes to one hour before serving.

Do you offer local delivery?

We offer delivery to New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania for orders $50 or more. Delivery fees are based on zip codes.

Do your recipes accommodate food allergies?

We offer vegan, gluten free, sugar free alternatives and are sensitive to nut allergies.

Are you currently shipping?

No, but we are working on it so keep checking back. ;)

Do you provide wholesale pricing?

Yes, contact us to discuss.

Can I request packaging?

Yes, we are willing to work with you to figure out custom / branded gift boxing options for desserts of all sizes. Contact us for more information on how we can package your desserts.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we request 50% of order upon confirmation and the rest of the payment to be made the day of the delivery.

What is your refund policy?

We will issue a refund on orders cancelled seven business days prior to the delivery date. Specific custom branded orders may not be subject to a full refund as per materials procured for the custom order.
